bad service restaurant waiter
the location was perfect and the room was clean.
I found the service to be subpar. I asked to split the bill at the restaurant, but the waiter was rude and dismissive, telling me abruptly to go to the bar (the food also wasn't that good).

The location directly overlooked the town square and was very convenient.
The service in the restaurant was disappointing. The waitress became angry when we raised a complaint about uncooked food. Many tourists, not hotel residents, pass through to reach the roof terrace, which makes the lift crowded and difficult to use. I heard running and furniture moving in the room above at 5 AM each morning.
